Lately with all the gorgeous weather I have been taking my workouts out of the spin studio and hitting the trails at Percy Warner Park or the greenway by my new house for a run by the river to clear my head. There really is nothing like the endorphin boost from a good workout to reset after a long day at work. So if you have been feeling stressed or down or just need a minute to think I encourage you to workout for just 20 mins and see how it makes you feel.
