Meal Planning

Meet my trick for not having to think about what cook or eat after a long day at work! I have come home exhausted many times and had no plan for dinner and either eaten junk or nothing at all and I decided that had to stop so I created my own graphic organizer for planning my meals for the week and thought I would share it with you incase y'all have found or continue to find yourself in the same position. I decided to start planning my meals for the week on Sunday before I go to the grocery store, I plan out what to do with the left overs (lunch or freeze), and which nights I know I'll have time to cook something new.  Since I started doing this my "food life" has gotten a lot healthier, easier and cheaper.
