Do you love high heels as much as I do? Well if you do, we are in luck because this Spring & Summer its all about the stacked heel which are easier on your feet and back and a heck of a lot easier to stand in for hours or walk in! The guys in your life might not think its a big deal or love the look of the stacked heels, but as I always tell my guy, happy feet = happy girl, have a wonderful Monday.

Meal Planning

Meet my trick for not having to think about what cook or eat after a long day at work! I have come home exhausted many times and had no plan for dinner and either eaten junk or nothing at all and I decided that had to stop so I created my own graphic organizer for planning my meals for the week and thought I would share it with you incase y'all have found or continue to find yourself in the same position. I decided to start planning my meals for the week on Sunday before I go to the grocery store, I plan out what to do with the left overs (lunch or freeze), and which nights I know I'll have time to cook something new.  Since I started doing this my "food life" has gotten a lot healthier, easier and cheaper. Happy Thursday and feel free to e-mail me if you would like a PDF of this graphic organizer!

Invest in Yourself

Ever admired women who age beautifully? I have, my mom and Nana have some of the best most youthful skin around! Let me tell you they don't look a day over 30 and that's because they've invested in quality skincare products. So when it came time for me to start my anti-aging regime it was natural for me to pick up the same products they've used and loved for years. Now I only turned 25 a few months ago, but as my mom tells me its never to early to invest in yourself, so thats just what I did. I invested in quality products with science behind them (thats the analyst in me speaking), but truthfully I have noticed a difference in my skin after two short months and I've also seen what happens when you use quality products, my mom is a perfect case study.

So lets get to these amazing products! My absolute favorite line that my mom and Nana swear by and I now swear by is Kinerase. My Nana who used to work for a Dermatologist sent us countless goody bags of samples and well the two we have kept on using are Kinerase and sunscreen! I seriously wish Kinerase was still sending samples and I had someone on the inside to send me "goody bags," because this stuff isn't cheap, but it certainly does work!

I have been using the Advanced Cream for about 2 months now and my skin has never looked better and I can tell you because pictures of my skin live on the internet for better or worse haha. I also started using their C8 Peptide Eye Cream and it has help disguise the fact that I don't ever get to bed early enough or sleep past 5:30am thanks to my pup, but the bags and dark circles aren't quite as bad thanks to this wonder cream. I know I am beyond the point of gushing about this line now, but I seriously cannot tell you how often people ask me what I use on my skin, so I thought I would share with y'all because it's not about making physical alterations to your body, but instead caring for and investing in it  early on because each and everyone of you are worth it.

Dress & Cardigan Banana Republic // Flats Coach similar & boots //
Tote Ceri Hoover // Pin Vintage // Necklace MODA

I know it might seem early to be wearing bare legs and cardigans, especially with that weather we had last week, but Spring is just around the corner and its never to early to start gathering inspiration or planning! This is a super basic transitional outfit that can be worn with the boots and coat over the cardigan for a wintery look and again with flats and the same cardigan for an early spring look! Dreaming of warmer days around the corner!
